Confab

For years, Julie tried to no avail to get an employer to send her to Confab, the country’s premier content strategy conference and word-nerd fest. So this year she applied to present instead, expanding Rasa’s engagement further into issues of ethics and transparency for artificial intelligence tools like chatbots.

Turns out April in Minneapolis is pretty great. Thanks, Confab! We’re already looking forward to 2020.
